today is rather easy day to get ASM3. I am happy as I get to balance more my pie chart.

I give simple example, one month ago, my pie chart ratio was ASM1 (3) : ASM2 (6) : ASM3 (1)

today is ASM1 (5) : ASM2 (4) : ASM3 (1)

so you can see ASM1 how easy to get for the past month and ASM3 doesn't even move!

so yea I am glad to balance the pie chart.

Apparently, only ASM2 still have racial quota. ASM1 and ASM3 no racial quota. The additional Indian-reserved units is simply additional units that can be re-sold by the Indians to any race.

What’s this ASM3 sales charge?
1% charge when buy or sell unit? Although haven’t start to impose yet.

even PNB earn 6%, they also can don't declare 6%.

keep some for next year dividend if they think tough years ahead.
