I went to Hong Leong i think end of Sept to open an account, was told RM100 to open an account
Then i requested to check if my ASM2 still active (i've lost passbook and didn't have any activity since opening after it launched -RM50), luckily still there!
Then the bank told me i can buy the FP funds online myself, and suggested to come back for a new launch product on the following week, similar to what mentioned in previous posts (min 30k, 30% ASM3, 70% Amanah Saham Imbang 1 or 2), but that time they didn't have much info to show yet.
Frustrated things was that i told them i need to have my hp# updated so that i can register/login online, they insisted i can do it online myself as long as i have the account number/IC to register my hp myself
I was convinced that they dont really know how the registration works when i went to the other HL branch ~11.10am, told me the same thing i can update my hp online. I showed them a brochure found in the bank itself on the steps to register. Next frustrated thing was, the only person who has rights to do it went for lunch, will only be back after an hour
