top up all into ASM2 when ASM1 unable to topup last year. ASM2 is too difficult to top up now, need to wait till September 2019 to top up 5 digits

1 month did not view this forum and I just realized transfer fund from person A to person B is available via MyASNB

Just now was puzzled due to still thought need to OTC to transfer fund
