Yeah I read about weakening USD. I don't know affected or not, though personally I think Malaysia will be grateful if he does that. The last time 1USD1= ~1MYR2.90 back in circa 2008 was because USD falling, not MYR rising.

USD @ 2.90 won't be anytime soon.. but weaker USD do have some positive.. especially those import products & services (won't be fast, but gradually)... So in longer time. it's positive.. let's say next year onwards?? This year cannot..
So this year ASx dividend is low.. next year recover little.. 2021 shoot up?

Dividend? No. In the long run, percentage will go lower. If any chance of shooting up, it's the actual dividend figure. If you want higher percentage, you need a severe KLSE crash for ASN to buy low sell high OR a very good economy for KLSE to return very high dividends to ASN OR (as our expert said) ASN invest abroad for better returns like EPF.

Well for now don't look at VP funds first.. Because from my noobie observation.. Its keep dropping... With some small increase from time to time. Basically its still dropping...

EPF looks interesting... But its kinda have restrictions.. Not like ASx... Can add some....

This morning I was able to grab RM500 of ASM2 before 12 pm. But can feel the server of the site still wasn't stable enough.

Just top up between 7 am to 6 pm
But normally higher chance between 9 am to 4 pm

You will have to fully commited to the captcha for 1 or 2 hours to have a higher chance of getting the fund.
U can top up RM 100 to 500 each time (higher chance since smaller fund size)

I tried for an hour at 11 morning, then wanted to try again at lunchtime then website down, at 4pm I tried for 15 minutes still no luck and the earlier posts said they got bought ASM2 during that time.

now ok already... just now totally cant login !

Oh, yeah, I need to ask if I bought the ASM2, when the dividend paid, how do they calculate, depend on how many unit you hold or calculated monthly?
