now all the big wireshark already finish work. you're all alone on the powerful ASN server, of course no problem.

Actually it's true. How many people has 200k or more lying around for ASN? Only those who are doing quite ok who shouldn't be utilizing ASN.

Don't be surprised that they impose limit on ASM also one day.

Only reason that hinders them from imposing a limit is finding funds from the market to absorb the forced redemption.

To make dividend sustainable, actually this is a good move

If PNB cant keep up the compounding performance to maintain the dividend, actually it is quite dangerous to our Malaysia financial system.

I've calculated the ASM and EPF before. If i don't have a memory leak, 2 of the ASM funds have average of 1m+ per holder in the 500k+ range. EPF is 2m.

非也. Those are average numbers. I think these are upper middle class. Ultra rich won't go for 5-7% returns.

Edit : Just checked again. ASM1 has the lowest average of 500k+ holders at average 800k per holder. ASM2 and ASM3 has somewhere between 1.6m-1.75m average per holder for 500k+ range. My guess is bumiputeras and bumiputeris from ASB scooped them during the initial ASM3 launch bumi quota and ASM2's bumi quota. ASM1 has more contention with nonbumi hunters.

I am still surprised that many of my bumi friends are not aware of UT funds like ASB that are specially for bumis only.

I mean, it's there for them to grab but they don't even bother to find out what it is or how to invest in it. Even after I tried explaining that you can borrow money to invest, they still unsure whether it's the right decision...

financial literacy needs to be more widespread among bumis imo.

If I were to talk to nonbumi about this, they are not going to trust me either. Those who trust me are those already found out by themselves. People are not going to trust others with money. Those you see on news are a small percentage only.
