I don't imagine a fund management company like PNB will ask its investor whether one is satisfied with a certain percentage of return. That sounds like your boss is asking you whether you are fine with this amount of salary.

Edit : I think if you answer something like "very unhappy" then MAYBE it will change question asking if you will sell. someone needs to try it out I do again with some changes (set to 1m+ deposit in ASN) and this time it asks 4.5%.
