QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 4 2019, 06:22 PM) Came back from overseas after away for two weeks and noticed one of my passive Digi numbers was terminated. I suspended my postpaid line through the MyDigi app earlier as I am staying oversea now and my number ended up getting terminated though the app says that postpaid line will get reactivated automatically on the 8th day after suspension. I made a call from oversea back to Digi CS and argue with them on this automatic reactivation clause. During the phone call, the CS also told me that I can go to Digi Store to re-register the number if I can make it back to Malaysia. Though I didn't make it back, they gave me a call after a few days informing that they have reconnected my line under my name. Maybe you can try dropping by a Digi Store to ask about registering the same number again? It was my mistake as I already set reminder to extend validity before I leave, for the first time I overlooked the reminder and that's it. I just noticed it when I turned on MyDigi app and realised it's no longer listed under my name, I could sense something bad and I was right! Called CS which I know won't help at all, so as expected I won't get back the no. anymore. Maybe you all will know better, if there's any chance to get back like signing up as a postpaid no. temporarily? Digi Centre in The Gardens is just next to my office, so it's convenient for me to drop by. I know the chances of getting it back are less than 0.1% but if anyone here has any similar experience, then please share. This post has been edited by wtw0911: Aug 4 2019, 09:12 PM |

Just ported one of my number to Digi to subscribe to Monthly Plan 28. Just wondering guys, the Monthly Plan 28 will get auto renew every 28th, let’s say if I top up RM30 and I get only 30 days validity for my prepaid number, will I be able to use Monthly Plan 28 after the prepaid validity ended since some months has 31 days and RM30 top up only gives 30 days validity?

QUOTE(zher4883 @ Dec 3 2019, 05:01 PM) Seems like Digi had discontinued online MNP for prepaid. Head to Digi Store to perform MNP. Make sure it's Digi Store and not Digi Store Express. Why must it be only Digi Store and not Digi Store Express?QUOTE(tolong_saye @ Dec 3 2019, 05:19 PM) Too bad then, it was convenient last time. #ps went to digi store express in nu sentral, they said it can't be done there. It need to be in digi centre. So much hassle for prepaid QUOTE(RDoe @ Dec 3 2019, 06:26 PM) That's why he said go to Digi Store not Digi Store Express. I just ported one of my number to Digi Prepaid at Digi Store Express in Kajang. The staff did it without asking any question. In fact, the store locator on Digi website also shows that it can be done at Digi Store ExpressI walked into a Digi Store Express earlier this year and was told they only do MNP for postpaid; prepaid will have to go to Digi Store only. |

QUOTE(kit2 @ Dec 4 2019, 08:09 AM) digi store express are usually owned and operated by partners and resellers. the reason why they don't do prepaid is that the profits from prepaid is too low. This is exactly what I am thinking. I guess Digi Store Express gets some sort of commission for every number that is ported in to postpaid |

QUOTE(lambox105 @ Dec 29 2019, 11:59 PM) I just register my prepaid line to 38 New It's better to call them to make sure that the option selected is e-billing. Back in mid of this year, Digi CS accidentally terminated my line when I asked for line suspension since I am oversea for a long period of time and when they reactivated my line for me, it is changed to paper bill which cost RM10 per billFor the billing, it will be automatically e-billing or still will receive by post? |

QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel @ Mar 20 2020, 01:21 PM) RM38 + 6% SST Are you referring to Digi 28 (SAC)? I was told that this Digi 28 (SAC) is a customer retention plan and you can only change to this plan at a Digi Store after receiving the invitation SMS from Digi.No unlimited usage for any apps. what u pay is what u get 6GB. Are u currently Digi subscriber? If yes, u may try to ask them for RM28 plan also gives the same plan as you mentioned. U dont need printed bill to pay cash. For Digi partner stores just tell them your phone number and make payment. For Digi Store u have to self-service at their machine, also just key in phone number can already. However why pay cash when can use CC? Especially Amex on weekend get 5% cashback, however only applicable at Digi Store (at counter). Alternatively u can even pay online using CC. |
