Postpaid or prepaid ?

I have numbers on both plans. DiGi Monthly Plan 28 and DiGi Prepaid Live with biGBonus RM28 add-on.

Common features:
1. Unlimited Calls
2. 2GB + 2GB
3. Additional 2GB if more than 3 months with DiGi
4. Rollover of unused data

The differences are:
1. Monthly Plan 28 has 100 free SMS
2. Digi Prepaid Live has 10GB Video/Music Freedom
3. biGBonus30 has 1GB 1-7pm a day
4. Monthly Plan 28 is renewed on the 28th
5. biGBonus renewed every 30 days.

I've only used the for a month or so but I think that's about it.

You can also buy DiGi Prepaid Best with biGBonus for a slightly different configuration. No 10GB Video/Music Freedom but with 1GB 12-8am everyday. Best can also do talkative transfer which the above 2 cannot.

Prepaid rm28 monthly.

This is the one with 100 sms and which renews every 28th.

Imho the rm28 monthly plan purchased at the digi apps is better than the fixed 28 plan. Unless u need to utilize 100 free sms

Im paying the same amount but getting 9gb and unlimited calls.

ray8426 have you subscribed to the Monthly 28? Maybe hold off for now.

Thanks for the heads up Chrono. I went through the motions of changing the Monthly 28 back to Live and got this. Will post screenshot later.


So it wants to charge RM28 for changing the plan back to Live or Best. I’ve called DiGi about this. Let’s see what they say.

The first level CS I talked to is treating as Postpaid - that I have to pay for the current month up to 28/11 which is wrong of course.

No reply from Digi yet. I've got 2 numbers on Monthly 28. One of them doesn't really need the SMS so I'm planning to move that back to Live if possible.

In any case, not really a huge problem, can always port out and port back in. Maybe don't even have to do that, just change to postpaid38 and back. Unless Digi also want to charge RM28 to change to postpaid.
