blame huawei honor because dont listed LTE band on product spec.
I can say 95% paid smartphone reviewer dont talk about LTE all they care is camera and game.

I'm in the situation of getting 'offline' due to SIM faulty, very inconvenient.
Certainly I'll go for nearest Digi outlet to settle my SIM card as most priority.

But didn't know the cost now at consumer side. 

FYI cost of a simcard is probably RM1 or less. They are charging exorbitantly and for a sim faulty it doesnt seems right to charge consumer.

There are ways to "handle" this but depending on how or what u willing to do.

As for me, im willing to port-out (and perhaps port-in again after cooling period) as workaround.
If u are feeling challenging, just pay RM10 and raise a case to MCMC see what Gobind says.
