Got RM2. May I ask how to use the voucher ? click redeem and RM2 will reflect in my postpaid bill as money coming in ?

got a free RM10 top up credit from my friend. i am using postpaid. If i reload this using my postpaid number, will the money go into my bill as payment come in ?

CUrrently on Digi 80, just saw online port in discount 12 per months for 12 months. so 144.
Worth to port out to other telco 1 month then port back online just to enjoy the discount 12 per month ?
