I seen Shopee selling Digi Raja Video. Anyone using? It's rm15 per month. I think YouTube is 1mb unlimited. Data per month is 2gb? Works on local Malaysia? Seems to be indo? I think.

Be careful touching volte switch in mydigi app my honor old phone activated volte I swap phone so I tried disable to re-enable it when mia whole option gone. I known oneplus to activate volte have plenty of steps but I tot can try in mydigi app bad idea. I swap sim back into old phone mydigi there also no volte anymore. Lucky can easily ask live chat in app to reactivate.

Don't have to call them or anything just use live chat in mydigi app to tell them to switch it back on. I waited 15mins on queue and once staff on live chat it's done in 10 sec. Reason I bought this up is I read somewhere(forgot where) people were telling others you can simply switch off and on again in mydigi app. It's not the case. You can only switch off and option will disappear. The staff can however quickly turn it back on

One time only? I already using unlimited daily rm1 3mb cap.





After activate it was shown in digi app for short while now disappeared



As can be seen I only shown 2 the unlimited rm1 and the 500mb one

After exchange its not usable. I am not using it. Likely some weird hiccup. I am prepaid too.

Anyone using unlimited rm1 daily felt throttling? We should be able to get up to 3mb. For youtube I am getting less than 100KB/s I thought its youtube announce its lowering speed for EU. But I just realised it not just them so I tried various speed tests in Google. None of them them loaded. Digi network overloaded? Or they throttling rm1 customers?

Can't even load 3 speed test site while on digi no issue with speed on my poor old Streamyx (I am not calling it unifi lite)

Any regarding the free 1gb I manage to activate I didn't see the package in mydigi app etc I just received noticed its expired after 1 day but I never did get to use it was on less than 100KB/s most of time.

I activated my through mydigi app when they announced free 1gb.

Digi having problem today? My prepaid no issue my dad's got issue. His nearly a year old neffos acting up past few days today kenot call etc. So lunch I straight go get Nokia 210 for him after tested working at shop. Install his sim kenot call then see line no signal then check my own got signal. WTF

His if u call out gets msg: airitam_5or6 digit number(cell tower maybe?)

Only 5 mins ago got signal. I tot no signal all affected why isn't my affected only his?

Dad cannot use smart phones only those old skool phones. I guess must be 2g whatever signal issue then. I tot signal all the same except for 3g/4g for data. I guess I am uneducated on this.

Not sure if older style phones have volte. Anyway the phone I just bought cost around rm159.

Stupid digi losing signal my area again on the "2g network" now my dad phone back to no signal. Both his new and old phone. Damn it.
