Did you all can access digi online portal to check the usage?

I realize the new online portal does not show the payment history there.
Somebody can advice the way how to check previous I make payment via new online portal there?

That's the problem everything hidden and sometimes will feel weird suddenly deductions very fast.

Their Live chat is almost like "robotic"... Sound like it's robotic service (Not customer service)

I'm feel like "SHIT, that is too near already". I think just walking from my house to celltower only take less than 1 minutes.

Try to chat with Lazada teams. Need escalate within 24 - 48 hours. Damn, my voucher is soon gonna to be invalid and this thing need escalate.

Worst that the Lazada voucher also cannot use even purchase in physical item.
After click "check out", then pop out error show "contact customer support"..

Check with them, no issued. Clear cache and sign out and re-sign in again same issued.
Damn chasing them at least 1 week, no choice compensate for the voucher bck..
