It's good overall, I no need check 2 sides (weekday & weekend). I'm in Postpaid 80. |

QUOTE(jkelol111 @ Dec 18 2019, 02:05 PM) Any Digi Store/Store Express can do SIM replacement in LowYat Plaza? I looked on website got one but IDK if still there as I saw a thread here that said Digi Store in LowYat and Berjaya Times Square closed. I'm surprise to see that Digi Store/Express do have kiosk self-service.P.S I lost my iPhone with SIM inside if that matters...does that qualify for SIM replacement? Put your IC into the slot, scan your thumb and choose 'SIM Replacement' from their menu. Type your phone number. That's it. Like a vending machine, it spit out the sim card for you and can use instantly. I just did mine from IOI Mall puchong outlet yday. No question ask or reason to give. But of course you've to pay RM10 for this replacement. |

QUOTE(JLA @ Jan 2 2020, 06:12 PM) The staff tested my SIM and confirm faulty. Told me not free to replace SIM card, cuz they said all now can be done via kiosk. SIM replacement need RM10 to eject a new SIM card. All we need is our IC for verification by the kiosk. So since all are automated by machine, we have to pay for it. |

QUOTE(WaCKy-Angel @ Jan 3 2020, 04:06 PM) LOL no such thing no more..that guy/girl just lazy to entertain u. I'm in the situation of getting 'offline' due to SIM faulty, very inconvenient. If i were u i would ask for Manager already. or ask for Port-Out. Certainly I'll go for nearest Digi outlet to settle my SIM card as most priority. But didn't know the cost now at consumer side. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jan 9 2020, 09:39 AM) Oversupply of data made us think is it necessary or just don't bother anymore. If our usage is around 10GB per month, suddenly they give double/triple. Feel like unlimited data. Carry forward/rollover 2GB thingy for me is useless now. |

QUOTE(tympg @ Jan 9 2020, 11:52 AM) That's why I moved from postpaid to prepaid last March. I've started to have similar thinking as yours. Prepaid shld have save a lot and with promo top-up from e-wallet, even more attractive saving.Digi kept giving me more and more GB to keep me loyal but it backfired because it got me thinking that I was paying too much but using only a small fraction of my quota. So I moved from RM85 (+ SST) a month to RM30 a month and now down to RM28 a month. Hopefully I can go even lower in future. But since one of my principal under phone contract...expiring coming Nov 2020, I've to wait. |

QUOTE(nirvana @ Jan 17 2020, 10:02 PM) Been hopping 3 digi store from sri petaling, midvalley, the gardens....thought to purchase a note 10 phone.... somehow all no stock and their respective customer officer cant confirm which of their branches has stock available....so you expect us to go each and every of your branch to find out stock availability? Can you guys be a little more sensible? I've been given up taking phone contract plan after since those phone always 'out of stock' and never call back after I leave my contact when the stock available.Tried call their customer helpline, even there cant solve my problems by simply telling me where i can get my note 10.... Really disappointed... Tied with contract can get cheaper phone but when better plan comes out, you'll stuck till end-contract. No ties with Digi enable you to move around plan if better one comes out. I survey phone outside retailer, can get similar price as Digi and installment plan as well. So no point, tied with contract anymore to enjoy phone rebates. Time has changed, where phone contract doesn't attractive anymore. |

Been using Postpaid 80 since last year Oct 2019. A lot of unused data every month.
This MCO really giving headache snail speed, most of time, can't proper utilized the bandwidth and data. Frustated, go downgrade to Postpaid 58 now. Haha, done on same day! My commitment will be lower then. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Apr 19 2020, 03:32 PM) just curious.. Always around 10 - 12GB monthly (before MCO).normally how much your data usage (before MCO started) as for slow speed.. cannot do much.. everyone StayHome I was overjoy when I'm into Postpaid 80: - 20GB (10GB weekday + 10gb weekend - 30GB (YouTube) - 2GB rollover Then comes with 10GB loyalty bonus every 6 mths and increase along the time. I was overwhelm. Yeah, 1GB free daily can't do much with current Stay-At-Home. But it's an eye-opening for me. Out of frustration, I downgraded to Plan 58 (10GB + 5GB bonus + 1GB (MCO allocation). At least suit my current consumption, no wastage paying extra that I never use. |

QUOTE(sparrowed @ Apr 27 2020, 01:19 AM) guys, I have a serious question about Digi. I'm a loyal customer for over 5 years. Been using the device + phone plan ever since. I'm looking at their device bundle now, it has become so limited and expensive. They have removed most of the normal contract plans, replacing with PhoneFreedom 365. Same here. Have been taking phone contract from Digi each every 2 years and I stopped taking since 2018 when I'd calculated that purchasing outside with installment plan is much cheaper overall (consider you tied-up with no-downgrade).I'm not a big fan of PhoneFreedom, it's not for me and worse of all; it's more expensive throughout the 24months contract. ( ((device/month + plan) + 6%) X 24 ) calculation. My question was, are they having problems at the marketing department lately? I'm looking at the S20 device. I've been comparing the prices between Maxis and Digi and Digi is nowhere near to prices of Maxis (whilst offering the flexibility of Zerolution and normal contract). To make matter worst, Zerolution has the 360 and non 360 flexibility, Digi doesnt. Never look back since it's not attractive anymore (at least for me). Even sometimes tempting, their store will keep saying 'no stock' whenever you visit their outlet. Another turn-off/wasting them checking up all time when the phone gradually getting obsolete when they've stock. Diff story if you can claim FULL mobile expenses from company, then phone bundle may sound attractive as saving. QUOTE(!@#$%^ @ Apr 27 2020, 09:51 PM) Had this Unifi Mobile prepaid as alternative (2nd SIM card), I redeem every week, but may slip sometimes as they didn't inform prior to expiry. I set my own reminder for that. |
