I am one of them. Got it in my BOS today.

Only basic details available about the Unlimited 3mbps plan. Don't know if there are any hidden T&C or not.

Still a few unanswered questions.

• Is it auto-renewable?
• Is there an FUP for the quota, and if there is, what happens when the cap is reached?
• Is tethering allowed, and if it is, is there a quota?

Heard that FUP was 80gb

In my own opinion, it's not easy to compete with Hotlink unlimited 3mbps internet (50GB FUP) and unlimited call plan.

Technically hotlink is giving us 50GB a month for RM35 ... (RM30 if we take the HotlinkMU offer).

Digi, has its pros though. The rewards are much better, can get discounted food etc. They are more generous too in terms of giving surprise credit to buy their rewards. I also like their always active feature.

In short, I think each telco has its strength.

I hope Hotlink's offering will spur Digi to merge their 1-7pm biGBonus data with the general quota so my biGBonus 28 7GB becomes 37GB all hours all days. 😀

better if give 15GB main quota, kept the 1GB 1-7pm daily @ rm28

Any new minimum period for postpaid usage like how many month ? Is postpaid and prepaid has same coverage and spend ?

Ok, I've read about digi live. Cannot find the 2.5Gb but It says 10gb free video and music which I don't really use.

1st option supposed be Digi Unlimited Prepaid 🤣🤣🤣appear only in BoS

The free 2.5GB given each week in Prepaid Live is called "Video and Music Freedom".

Rollover till max 100GB if u keep renew ur plan.
500MB till max 2GB if u keep renew ur plan
Unlimited calls like other plan exclude 1300/1800/etc
mCO 1GB will be utilized first, then the free 2GB, then the 1-7pm, then the general quota(7GB)

This one no unlimited calls.

As a recent customer who joined their DiGi Live Prepaid plan, I felt SLAPPED in the face despite already with them for 2 months using their BiGBonus 28 Monthly Auto Renewal Plan.

This is the sort of insulting BOS offer they can only offer me:



WTH I still want to subscribe to a daily plan which offers UNLIMITED calls when my monthly plan has it covered?


DiGi doesn't prioritize or look after their Prepaid users. They are more concentrated and interested in their Postpaid customers. Their Prepaid division is just to retain their Postpaid customers who wants to port out from going to other telcos and then later their Postpaid sales team will call their prepaid customers to offer Postpaid deals without needing to switch SIMs.

You can also see this with how they handle port-ins from other telcos. They don't allow you to directly port into their Prepaid but ask you to take up their Postpaid first.
