DIGI is misleading ppl

If you're experiencing coverage issues, you got to report to Digi about it. Better than you didn't report at all, at least they know your particular area has coverage or network issues, which they could plan to fix it later on.

yup, from digi telemarketing team, called me everyday but I am unable to pick up due to truecaller blocked their calls until I whitelisted their no. 0162991138.
She asked me to try few days first and I can decide to downgrade or terminate later on since that offer does not tied to any contract. A month used I am terminate the no. due to bad 4G reception in my area, likely blind spot from the LTE projection as most of the time on 3G. Few meters walk can get full LTE. Frankly the speed for H+ is really a painful in the @$$, super slow from H+ of maxis or celcom. Few many times complaint but as usual, they can't do much to improve it.

The signal already strong but building block 4G signal. Wait until telco using LTE 700mhz but people will complain again full LTE with shit speed

if sim damage, can i request change to a new one at any digi store or need to go to digi service center?

this sim long time use already and just change plan from prepaid live to digi infinite.

it suddenly give me please insert sim error on both phone and modem. need to remove and reinsert sim only for it to be detect again

this is a rural area and there are no tall or large buildings obstructed in between. In my area there are 4 towers that hosted digi antenna, but the nearest 2 to my home is 1100m and 1400m respectively. Having band 3 dan 7 does not help much and there is another tower that carries band 8. The conclusion is 70% I am encountering H+ and the rest will be on LTE.
Reported to digi and they admitted that my place is on the blindspot and they can't promise any improvement prior to that.

are u sure 1.1km and 1.4km ? 1km from tower u will recived very strong signal never swith to 3G. using cellmapper map not every tower have digi 4G antenna

yup, both broadcasting the 4G and I am using cellmapper and mapping few places at my place visited around. Maybe you can check my digi mapping from desktop version of cellmapper by user name yazidrus.
This is my rough distance line of sight from my house to both of the towers.
