How you know Digi performed badly in my place ? Got a bigbonus 28 sim atm but the speed and connection is very slow..live around Sungai Besi.

May be I mixed you up with another person using Celcom Mega postpaid plan now.

But based on Digi reported ARPU, it looks like most of their postpaid subscribers are on Digi Postpaid 80 plan, and probably not as many Digi Infinite subscribers as many thought, hence Digi has also not withdrawn the plan from sale, which may also suggests Digi Infinite plans don’t have stable subscribers base as too many come and go.

Before U Mobile came into the picture, Digi was the price leader and most aggressive with new features for its Beyond Prepaid products with unlimited SMS on MTV pack before smartphone became a thing, FnF for all networks etc because Digi was not in the same league as Maxis and Celcom. Things have improved significantly since, however, it’s just a matter of time before Digi has to do a counter offer for the unlimited data in the prepaid segment or Digi will start losing customers in the prepaid segment.

Infrastructure capacity is there
If fully utilized and non fully utilized or monetized the maintenance cost is the same
Digi better sell more so can earn more

I would rather it stays away from the unlimited speed in order to maintain fair bandwidth for the rest of people.

did you know many 4G smartphone second sim is 2G only ? Can we call dumb smartphone 

Im actually want More stable,fast, heavy usage without fup.(at least 500gb+).i won't mind pay higher price like 100++

Older models of 4G smartphones with dual-SIM (usually those before 2015 model ones), it is true that the second SIM supports up to 2G only.
But certain 2016 models onward ones, the second SIM slot can support up to 3G, while primary SIM slot is 4G as usual.

However, most of the recent years model ones, can support dual 4G mode (both SIM 1 and SIM 2 slots can connect to 4G at the same time), and some even dual VoLTE as well.
One of the examples are Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ onwards, Huawei P20 Pro onwards....

So it really depends on the phone model.

But yea, if 2G network is shut down in the future, and your phone's second SIM slot supports up to 2G only, then basically your second SIM slot becomes useless already.
It's like, dual SIM phone but can only use 1 SIM card (up to 4G).
