Since someone mentioned Digi Live here, my parent bought a new prepaid which is Digi Live.
CS cheated her to reload some credit in. = =
Since Digi Live cannot use Talktime transfer to send out money, if convert Digi Best will it entitle for Talktime transfer?

I do understand the frustration of the CS, but it's unethical not to share cheaper option, which is just RM8 for plain SIM without any topup. (They bought it at RM23 for SIM and RM30 reload), sum up to RM53.)
Furthermore, I just found out the SIM comes with 3GB Cili Padi RM15 package, which is useless for dumb phone user like my parent. mad.gif
