Yes, it'll come back again if you leave the # inactive.
There's a friend of mine did not take the 'RM1 for 1 day unlimited data' and it disappeared. Then, he used U Mobile GX30 and leave his DiGi inactive on SIM 2 for receiving calls and SMSes. After a few months, the 'RM1 unlimited per day' came back.
But that was last year 1st half of 2019, not sure any amendment as of now.

You're so desperate to get unlimited data you might as well go for U Mobile GX30 or Yes 4G Prepaid Konfem if tethering is not important to you.

Don't waste your time pinning your hopes on Digi RM1/day unlimited which has a very low probability that you will get (zero chance to get immediately).

Get another Digi card to use, and sit on this one then sooner or later it'll come. Then switch back. 

Nobody gets offered RM1/day unlimited data on Day 1 of activation.

Realistically, you have to wait a few months to get it, but I'm pessimistic new users from late 2019 will get it at all.

To increase your chances of getting offered this plan, don't buy any add-ons while waiting.

However i believe u will have higher chance to get if it is ACTIVE rather than EXPIRED mode.

And iinm its either 60 days or 70 days expired not up to 3 months.

I honestly don't know.  Nobody can give you a precise time period.  Maybe 1 month.  Maybe 2 months.  Maybe 3 months.  Maybe NEVER.

But I don't think it will adversely affect the chances being in passive mode.  You can still check BoS while in grace period.

The largest amount you can load per instance is RM100.  So if you top up RM200, that's two top-ups of RM100, which will only give you 120 days validity on Digi.
