I'm on the older Prepaid LiVE P2P Plan right now and really feel like an idiot staying with DiGi.
Why?
1) This plan is SUPPOSED to come with
MONTHLY 10GB of Video and Music Freedom as long as you stay active with top ups but you need to opt-in MANUALLY. Under ADD-ONs in their app, there's no option to subscribe it.
You need to dig and read carefully on their FAQ site and the internet to find out the special HIDDEN USSD code which is
*888*1#. This option is not available on their MyDiGi app and is only available via USSD.
If you forget to subscribe this manually, you'll not get to enjoy the benefits of this older Prepaid Live plan.
DiGi intentionally hides this so that if you FORGET to subscribe, you'll get less than what you're entitled.
2) The older Prepaid LiVE plan also has a drawback. All its MONTHLY Always Active auto-renewal plans do not have top-up BOOSTERS that allow you to top up additional quotas that follow your validity unlike the Prepaid NEXT plan. What a BLOW to their loyal customers!
Meaning the BiGBonus 28 got only 4GB monthly quota. If you used up all of it before end of your monthly cycle you can top up:
RM3 - 1.5GB
RM5- 3GB
RM8- 6GB
This additional booster quotas will follow your plan's monthly validity renewal date.Only the Prepaid NEXT plan has this offer.

WTF DiGi? You don't want to offer and give good offers to your subscribers, fine. But don't pull insults on your customers like this.
As a Prepaid LiVE P2P account user, I feel this older plan is the most SICKENING plan ever which enjoy less compared to the newer NEXT plan and the older legacy prepaid BEST, BEYOND, and SMART plans.
