I'm talking in aspect to major shareholders inside these telco companies. The ones that the management has to please. Customers are sheeps. They'll gladly go to where got fresh green grasses. laugh.gif

So planting green grasses at strategic places for different season will get them will lure them as planned.

DiGi is really pissing their own loyal customers now.

I'm on the older Prepaid LiVE P2P Plan right now and really feel like an idiot staying with DiGi.

Why?

1) This plan is SUPPOSED to come with MONTHLY 10GB of Video and Music Freedom as long as you stay active with top ups but you need to opt-in MANUALLY. Under ADD-ONs in their app, there's no option to subscribe it.

You need to dig and read carefully on their FAQ site and the internet to find out the special HIDDEN USSD code which is *888*1#. This option is not available on their MyDiGi app and is only available via USSD.

If you forget to subscribe this manually, you'll not get to enjoy the benefits of this older Prepaid Live plan.
DiGi intentionally hides this so that if you FORGET to subscribe, you'll get less than what you're entitled.

2) The older Prepaid LiVE plan also has a drawback. All its MONTHLY Always Active auto-renewal plans do not have top-up BOOSTERS that allow you to top up additional quotas that follow your validity unlike the Prepaid NEXT plan. What a BLOW to their loyal customers!

Meaning the BiGBonus 28 got only 4GB monthly quota. If you used up all of it before end of your monthly cycle you can top up:

RM3 - 1.5GB
RM5- 3GB
RM8- 6GB

This additional booster quotas will follow your plan's monthly validity renewal date.Only the Prepaid NEXT plan has this offer.

DiGi Prepaid LiVE DOES NOT have this BOOSTERS.

3) I just topped up RM30 over the weekend. You know what freebies this stupid DiGi offered me which is an INSULT?

10mins of IDD minutes to NEPAL
30mins of IDD minutes to Indonesia


What an insult and prank you pull on your Malaysian customer. You think I'm an immigrant?

All this while you favorably pick subscribers to offer your DUP35?

WTF DiGi? You don't want to offer and give good offers to your subscribers, fine. But don't pull insults on your customers like this.

As a Prepaid LiVE P2P account user, I feel this older plan is the most SICKENING plan ever which enjoy less compared to the newer NEXT plan and the older legacy prepaid BEST, BEYOND, and SMART plans.

Don't waste your time with DiGi, their 3Mbps Unlimited offer is no match for HUP35, CUP35 and GX38.

In terms of speed, consistency and stability no match for both HUP35 and CUP35 which are have better coverage and capacities.

For value bundle, GX38 from a smaller telco beats it with twice the speed with FREE hotspot quotas.

I'm on the BiGBonus 28 plan for a few months already but not getting offered the DUP 35? Why?

My life would be made more simple and less hassle if I would port-out to competing telcos with UNLIMITED plans without discriminating its subscribers. New or old all get the same offer plans, older loyal members get cash back and freebies offer vouchers instead for restaurants, food, services and shopping.

Yeah, don't waste time waiting to get the DUP35 offer when a simple port out does the job immediately.
DiGi values Nepalese, Banglas and Rohingyas more than us.

Stupid strategy when our government is doing their best to chase them out of our country and prevent them from landing on our shores.

I didn't remember receiving any when I ported into DiGi Prepaid LiVE P2P few months back.

Why must manually opt-in if this is plan specific feature? Cannot auto assign? Very obvious DiGi trying its tricks to shortchange its customers la.

Why must manually subscribe and must use USSD only? Very obvious not being straight forward with their customers la.

Also this kind of dirty tactics once also bugged Celcom's system. How come now the culture of messy and confusing plans is also infecting DiGi today? The plans always changing with hidden T&Cs and features until customers cannot keep track and notice until they get caught in the mess of confusion.
