Can load through Google? Never tried before. But last week I had a failed reload to Digi using Razerpay. Reported to Razerpay and a few days they redid the reload.

I used the form on Razerpay's website. Email also can, it's also on their website.

My 1/7 missing Razerpay RM5 Digi topup solved with a replacement RM5 topup on 8/7.

What he means is use Razerpay to reload with a discount then buy MyDigi Watsons.

Mine is a bit different, I use RP to reload then buy Lazada voucher then use that to reload then buy Watsons. Too complicated for me to calculate.
