I received sms that the free daily 1GB will be revised to 1pm - 7pm effectively 26Jul

But this is prepaid right? According to this post below. So you get the benefit of your prepaid (best 1gb 12am - 8am/live monthly 10gb video & music) and the package as said by saitong which timeslot has changed to 1pm-7pm.

So if your prepaid is best you get daily 1gb 12am-12pm and 1pm-7pm plus monthly 2gb weekdays + 2gb weekend.

If your prepaid is live you get 1gb 1pm-7pm and monthly 2gb all day + 2gb weekend + 10gb video music
