I already purchase 6.99 already.
I'm not so kiasu person, but feel waste 6.99 throw to the sea (Damn sakit hati..). If this amount can purchase nasi lemak via Lazada online, then I'm ok for it.

Anyway, I have another road to utilize this voucher. Perhaps purchase petrol since we almost use vehicle everyday for study and working also.
*
I tried the PeV, can apply the voucher but error when proceeding to pay.

I think food vouchers are OK.

QUOTE(JohnLai @ Oct 30 2019, 10:01 PM)
Digi customer service agent actually called me at 11:37am today and offered me RM25 monthly offer with xxGb and unlimited call something (can't quite recall how many gb), but I insisted to port out. Then Digi agent asked me for the reason for porting out.
I straight away informed the agent about TM 'kredit tak mati' and no monthly commitment other than tiny usage of whatsapps/viber to keep the line active. I informed the agent that RM25 monthly offer is still very expensive for me to maintain for whole year. Agent eventually reconfirmed with me on my intention to port out.

At 7:35pm*, I received sms from DIGI that my switch over request has been denied and an email detailing that error I posted just now.

*Already contacted DIGI Live Chat, LCA (live chat agent) said everything is green for me to port out and LCA asked me to contact TM to resubmit*

Currently waiting for the second SMS on porting out from Digi.....
*
RM25 very enticing. Later I try port out one of my numbers.

Worst that the Lazada voucher also cannot use even purchase in physical item.
After click "check out", then pop out error show "contact customer support"..

Check with them, no issued. Clear cache and sign out and re-sign in again same issued.
Damn chasing them at least 1 week, no choice compensate for the voucher bck..

Kinda terrible their technical and customer support from lazada. shakehead.gif

For me, it is OK for other products. There was one day where I also received the same error as you. I was trying to buy some Panasonic batteries. Tried a few times then it went through. 2 days later it was OK for more purchases with the voucher.

Anyone on a Digi prepaid number. Can you all receive OTP from Boost for Password Reset?

My wife tried, no OTP. I also tried on mine, no OTP received.

We're both on Prepaid Monthly Plan 28. We recently, about 6 weeks ago, ported in from Maxis.

OTPs from banks are OK.
OTP from Prestomall Buddies credit redemption also cannot.

My son is able to receive Boost Reset Password OTP SMS on his DiGi Prepaid Live number.

I can get OTP.  But my number has been a Digi number since the year 2000.  (A few years with Maxis.)
*
I wonder if it may have something to do with the porting in.

My wife's and my number were just ported in from Maxis to DiGi about 6 weeks ago.

I tried my son's DiGi Prepaid Live number which has been at DiGi for 3 years or so. He is able to receive Boost Reset Password OTP SMS.

Who to contact to get get help on this? DiGi or Boost?

Save RM2.51, not bad I guess. I don't use Grab but still bought all 6 for my friend.

For those who are using Presto to topup DiGi. It's better to topup via Prestomall.

Example:
1. Topup RM5 from Presto, instant rebate 5 sen.

2. Topup RM5 from Prestomal, pay with Presto then play the memory game. If correct 40 sen, if wrong 30 sen.

I am using prepaid but no idea why.

Do you mean when you tried to validate your phone number? I think it's detecting that the number is not prepaid. It happens to one of my numbers which I just changed yesterday from DiGi Postpaid to Prepaid.
