Hey guys. Does the PBB Islamic Visa Platinum cashback for online transactions include ewallet reloads?

the 12 "swipes" to waive annual fee, do they mean literally swipes or any transaction of the card is considered a swipe?

I just got off my call with PB customer service, apparently the Islamic Visa Platinum 4% CB is eligible for ewallet reloads but only TnG. All other ewallets cannot. I know I should trust the customer service but I just wanna make sure if it's true?

I couldn't find any part that mentions eWallet at all. That's why I called in to ask.

hey guys. a newbie question, is the visa platinum card's RM30 CB cap for online and overseas transactions separated or combined?

Question on Visa Platinum (4% CB for online transactions), I've only spent on reloading TnG and ordering Mcd's via app but I did not get a full amount of CB. Any idea what the reason was?

Even if I were to calculate 4% from only the TnG reload total, by right I should have gotten more than the CB I received.

Does the CB count from due date or statement date?

saved but in the past months i received full CB
also, i received over 50% of CB this time too and it was all reloaded from saved card

The Turkish cafe transaction was the only non-online (I didn't know the dining CB no more lol)

thanks bros. this is really weird cause everything that's rm30 autoreload is the same with or without the -ec. i didn't do anything different.
i tried calling cs but no one ever picks up. waited for over 11 minutes

yes all my tng txn are from saved card

this is actually only one of the rare times i didn't get full cb. usually i get full cb and its been almost a year

all rm30 tng txn were autoreload from saved card, including the ones without ec.
whereas the rest were reloaded manually with the +reload button but still with saved card.
the mcds were also from saved card in the mcds app.

hmmm that'd be quite inconsistent of them haha. if there's a reason for them to report, why not like report all

damn, disappointed that the islamic visa's cb is now 2% capped at rm15. didn't even know until the statement came sigh. any card to replace this for tng reload other than affin's?
