I think you better stop this kind of speculation..

Your statement of "no need to pay" is not 100% correct, and quite misleading..

All customers can try to call for rebate but it is not a guarantee.

I did not say CB received on my statement date.

According to TnC,

17. The Cash Back payment will be credited only into the Participant’s principal credit card account registered under this Promotion within 2 - 4 weeks after the end of each tracking month and shall be reflected in the Participant’s credit card statement, itemised under “Overseas Spending with PB Visa Credit Card – Month 1 to 4”.

CB for my Sept's spending was credited at the end of Oct.

My handphone cannot access PB app since yesterday.
It automatically redirect to web version, and pop out the page regarding security risk.
I never root/JB my phone.
Reinstall app also does not help.
Now cannot access the app thus cannot approve all online transaction via securesign.
Really troublesome.
Any advice on this?

I have one transaction (transfer to other bank) still pending verification since morning, mostly due to the new security system implemented.
How i gonna authorize this transaction? Call bank always said busy, now after office hour dy.
Very troublesome if keep pending like this..

if 12 hours cooling period for all suspicious transaction, then cannot arrange last minutes credit card payment from PBe next time,lol
