i had the same situation, "pending documents', as per IVR.
when i spoke to the CS. CS told me 'it's under processing, not pending for documents'.
the next day IVR ' application is unsuccessful'.
then the following day " application is successful' and i received the SMS.

what i want to say is the IVR is not accurate, at least for my case.

On eCCRIS, there is an entry by Public Bank for credit card application currently at "Pending" with a credit limit of RM 50k. Does it mean that the Bank is going to approve it? Is it usual to see a credit limit then the application changing from "Pending" to "Unsuccessful"?
