When call CS they say need to wait 2 or 3 months for the waiver of SST charges but seeing so many people get it so fast might need to give them another call soon.

The below post made his transactions on 17th so no reason why 13th met quota.

But this person still got it for 17th transactions.

Does anyone have collected card from branch before? Do I really need to wait for so long? Approved yesterday, received SMS today and CS told me they will only send out on next Monday.
