Hi guys. My friend got a Quantum Visa from PBB out of the blue. He's baffled. No pledge FD, no cash advance done from PBB. The only.card he has is the lowest end PBB Visa.
Any reason why? |

Hey guys. My acc in PBe is limited in function.
Do I have to go to PBe branch and register my number? I only have their CC. Just got their Quantum also (they sent it without me requesting for it). Wanted to add into my acc but can't be done. |
