OT: It is just your unfortunate experience. I grabbed one recently from Lazada, one of the reputable mobile phones shop, it is original and SN on box and case lid are the same. I'm not sure how cheap you got for yours, but mine is RM 899 and with some vouchers, I paid RM 749.

I will still buy online and just need to be careful to check all the reviews.

I checked all reviews from lazada, website, and google for the shop...Seems 90% legit with bunch of good comments...But duno la~ Box sealed nicely and checked the packaging box SN as well which legit...Maybe bad luck...haha

hi all, i applied PBE Quantum credit cards and got the cards today. A silly question is, I dont have Public bank account. So I have to get the 6 digit pin from either call them or visit the branch. But after do this process, will i get the access to a new PBE online account?

if u only wan to view ur card transaction, u can apply online.....
for the pin can do via call....i not sure u can do online o not as normally i do via call......

I am an existing PB card holder, and just gotten my Quantum cards on 17th Nov. The letter stated that my statement date is 2nd of the month. For the first statement, will it then be on 2 Jan 2021? It's 4 Dec now but all my transactions are still parked under Unbilled. Now I'm not sure how or when my cashback will reset

Your transactions posted on or before 2/1/21 will give you the first cashback (QV - RM30 max, QM - RM30 max)

So over the period of 47 days (17/11/20 - 02/01/2021), I'm entitled to only RM30 per card? That's a bummer...i've maxed out the cashback in November, and I got to wait 30 days from today before i can use them again

CS asked to charge an accumulated online/retail spend of rm500 starting from today to get the rebates.

Happily accepted as going to pay up GE insurance online and top up to ewallet anyway
