for new PBe app, the PB secure sign did indicated the time created. notice that it is about 3mins different from real time, this explain why i my reload cashback need to be appeal everytime, while some other not require. my reload alway done at 12:00:30am. for transaction done after 12:03am even the date is back dated you will get the CB.

U mean if use the new PB app, can reload shopeepay at 12.03am for d 2k/4k/6k campaign, no need to wait till 8am for old app?

i m just guessing, since almost all my transaction back dated n  will need to appeal. all done at 12:00am. and many people not need to appeal including you. so need you guy to verify as well, which the 1 that appeal for CB, their reload time is before 12:03am

Hi sifus, wanna ask about cc replacement. My Quantum VISA going to expire on 11/24. Will PB automatically send me a new card before it expires? I still have active instalment ongoing lol. In the case that I need to change receiving address, i should call the PB CS to do so? Or they will notify me before sending a new card.
