I've got good news. Got to speak to CSA a while ago he said I had 3 applications altogether, one approved and 2 rejected. Why multiple applications I don't know but I did appeal against the first rejection so maybe it's counted as another fresh application.
I was told my card has been sent and I should be receiving it this coming week.

Seniors, is it the SST for Quantum RM25 x 2 = RM50 is not waive able? Because the PBB Branch counter said its waive able, but the CS said no, for the first year for the very least. I'm not sure which is right though.
