take out the ecom2 without behind -ec then u get 392.8, u can check with cs those ecom2 is under what category

Based on the infor, RM115 was missing from the calculation of CB based on your spent, i can see it linked to your 3x RM30 TnG ECOM2 and also the RM25 related.

thanks bros. this is really weird cause everything that's rm30 autoreload is the same with or without the -ec. i didn't do anything different.
i tried calling cs but no one ever picks up. waited for over 11 minutes

If auto reload, most likely Recurring Payment, therefore no cashback. A bit surprised to see got EC for auto reload.

do u roughly know how the saved-card was used?

which txn using which method?

1) quick reload?
2) quick payment?
3) manual reload?

this is actually only one of the rare times i didn't get full cb. usually i get full cb and its been almost a year

all rm30 tng txn were autoreload from saved card, including the ones without ec.
whereas the rest were reloaded manually with the +reload button but still with saved card.
the mcds were also from saved card in the mcds app.

My guess tng reported some of those as recurring transactions

This was highlighted maybe last year, during VS’s time. Had to remove the saved card with PBB. Only in TnG but not other wallet

the backend payment gateway system (somehow) process the transaction as normal txn or sometimes as recurring txn.

no way for us to know how it works.

Ya, they will always say its the merchant's problem. Anyway, contact CS and try to appeal la if its your first time occurence.

Hi Sir, just to update...

Recently i made payment to local university through online payment and didnt get 10X green points, after checking with customer service their reply was due to the payment method was through online, therefore it was treated as online spending (getting 3% CB instate of getting 10X Green point). Please take note mate.

PS i'm using Visa Signature...

Interesting, wonder whether old VS design gets 10x green points too?
