I always thought the combined CB for PBMU is capped at RM80, but it should be RM80+RM80.

Haha I should give up PBHL (Fly and Spend with PB Credit card) now.

Received my statement dated 5/10, transaction on 3/10 for dining Rm39 no longer get cash back. seem they start implement the min RM100 immediately.

Kudos for blocking the suspicious transaction but they could really improve their notification speed 

PBB is consider quite flexible on statement date.
Different bank different approach, but not a single bank have standardized statement date for all card members.

Some bank only let you choose from certain date

Hi guys, my mastercard gt unauthorized transaction charged to my account and I called public bank on that day to report.. they informed me will investigate in 2-3weeks and issued a new card for me.. may I know how soon usually will the transaction get reversed? It was quite a large amount.. I m kind of worried as no news till now and i can still notice the transaction posted into my new card number..

600+.. happened last week.. never received otp.. just received sms for using the card.. immediately call pbb to report but was told to wait 2-3 weeks for the fraud team to investigate.. and if confirm fraudulent cases then only will reverse the charge.. till now didn't have any news yet

Guys, for the Public Islamic Bank Platinum card, if I apply for Visa, the bank will also give me the Mastercard if the former is approved?

Just received my PB Islamic Visa Card.
Called CS twice for SST rebate, they mention newly approve card not possible, but 2nd year onwards can request.
Anyone successful request for rebate?

I just received my public islamic bank visa cc on 1 apr
saw the statement date is on 10th of the month
and the cash back is "RM30 per monthly statement cycle"
what's the correct way to count my usage within which period will get the cash back? very confused
Should I use my card before 10 April, or after 10 April?
