Based on my latest statement dated 28 Nov. last statement still got. Based on my calculation, I missed cashback for amount spent on spotify. What about your nov statement?

Back in March 2021 I got cashback for TnG reload for both cards. There was 1 time last year I did not get cashback for TnG reload. For May again, no cashback for Quantum and fortunately i did not use Signature for TnG reload this month.

May i know since when was this effective?

For may 2022 i got none!

so even if i send an email, i will get no good response la <sigh>

Still using la for other matters. Now, gonna use lesser especially most vouchers require the use of shopee pay not for credit card

So the minimum amount of RM30 is apply across whatever type of cashback and cards, Visa Signature, and Quantum master Online card. Again I missed lots this month. Already missing 1 transaction for next month.

Previously this minimum RM30 was only for Quantum Visa

I am new to the Public Bank Islamic credit card as i just started to have and use it early this month, but in the letter it stated statement date on the 28th, the same as the conventional ones. Somehow the statement as well as the cashback is not available yet today.

I called CS and he said that the statement might be ready tomorrow as it may not be ready because it is the weekend? The answer seems crap but is this the practise for Islamic card?

1st statement 28 feb??? My goodness

I got the card approval SMS on 5th Jan. Serive tax charged on the 6th.

So regarding the cashback? Will the Jan and Feb cashback be split? Since the Jan statement didn't happen.

I hope they will not have it capped into 1 month. that would be sh*t.

what I meant was, i hope it capped into monthly exclusive, not shared 1 cashback of RM30 in 1 statement

gone, i won't be using the card for february. Just received written response from PB it will be 1 cashback for both months as "Cash Back will be given based on Credit Card Statement issuance"
