Most likely it was due to I didn't submit my income tax receipt to SCB. I paid online. Hence, no receipt received from LHDN (yet?).

I however did submit my screenshot from bank app showing the payment to LHDN to PBB.

Guess I should try to reapply again with the screenshot...
No wonder...

I know that each person will only receive 1 x RM100 voucher but I still bought insurance on 1/9/19. If I still don’t get it even with 2 entries on 1/8/19 & 1/9/19, I’ll call CS to find out. Haha!

Whether the amount is above or below RM250 no longer an issue. We just have to make sure merchants have payWave terminal. tongue.gif

What did the CS tell you? If you don’t follow what they say, they got the right not to give the rebate. If they give then it’s a goodwill.

Checked with TMpoint staff, they said only can use payWave for TM bills, others need to be paid by cash. So no chance to pay TNB bills via payWave at TMpoint.
