I see i see.

Been holding my first big bike purchase since last year.
Covid hit cancel all plan. Burned half of the money during that time.
Now start building up fund again.

Got my eye on z900. But with how kawa is now. The cb650 seem so tempting now.

Sabar sabarĀ  huhuhuhu

You need to clear your head, CBR650 and Z900 are two very different bikes. For starters the obvious Horsepower difference, one is 125HP with 98NM of torque the other is a 93Hp with 64 NM of torque. Z900is heavier compared to CBR650, so making it more difficult to cut through the traffic. Not that CBR650 is any better at it but still its easier compared to Z900. Both bikes are loaded with riding nannies, but Z900 is still more raw and its riding experience is more visceral. I would only recommend Z900 if you are an experienced rider, as it could be a very unforgiving machine.

On a personal level I find Hondas whole Retro/Modern Cafe look rather confusing, but Z900 doesnt get much points for style as well. Overall you need to ask yourself which one suits your needs and riding style best.

Not sure... last year KMM stop distribute kawasaki bikes and all related to bike.

The right's now given to modenas.
And KMM plan to bring in suzuki bike to malaysia.

Since then no news what happen.

I hope there are some more dealers for Suzuki here, but I blame Suzuki for most of there issues. They make amazing quality bikes but they are still using engines from 15 years ago, their styling also looks very dated. Katana is a good edition to their line up, but I wish they update styling for GSX S750. I am seriously considering to buy that one. Fingers crossed.

Plans are under way but no idea when is the announcement of the move from Kawa to Suzuki. I'm happy being a Suzuki owner that the 'former' Kawa people are taking over. They did a great job pushing Kawasaki and I'm pretty sure they will do a good job with Suzuki.

BTW, one high end Kawa dealer has already ordered their stock of new Suzuki models for their showroom...waiting only now...

Fingers crossed.

can give your thought why prefer 4 inline instead of 3?

Several reasons, less maintenance, less complicated, more useable power at low rev range with high amount of torque and a nice sounding engine. Of course 4 Cylinders makes the best sound after V-Twins in my opinion but still triples make nice sound.

Hi guys. Quick check here. Anyone here convert their cb650r for touring purpose? Thanks

Its not a tourer, so I dont know why one would want to convert it to one. But I am all ears for this one.
