It is troublesome when you just want to go out for a ride but safety first. Usually will start sweating and swearing before going on the bike but safety is always more important. Do ride in your comfort zone and do not let peer pressure make you ride faster than your angel and experience

I too wear 90% of full gear (except pants) to work. I prefer to come out safe in an accident than spending few months in hospital recovering and going through physio.

i also got modular. make sure u open up ur modular not while riding. When I on the go I am fine cause of the wind. The problem is before getting on the bike and after the ride. That's when I will sweat a lot
