 10" android tab - best value to performance ratio

which of the tab below has the best value to performance ratio? Or do u guys have sth else in mind?

Surveying around for an android tab
- main usage is to read ebook (pdf), internet browsing, portability (laptop is just too bulky)

Or anyone has better ideas than the 3 listed above?
- personally preferring the mi pad 4 plus as it's the only tab that can give me 128gb inbuilt storage
- but the screen resolution wise, samsung and huawei are definitely doing better job if i were to have crisper text while reading my ebooks
