I heard drinking green papaya soup increases breast milk.

Where do I buy green papaya?

Also, are there any other recommendations to increase breast milk?

My wife tried green papaya, didn't quite work for her. What worked were Milo and Durians.

My dad bought green papayas from the wet market but you need to go the vegetable seller not fruit seller. Tell them you want it to boil soup

try kurma and oat.

take fenugreek or fish might help to increase breastmilk. Milo works but too sweet 😬

Wet market will normally sell green papaya. But it's not my milk booster though. But u can try it out and see how your breastmilk go.
