Anyone know how do the specialist charge the consultation fee for follow-up? I understand that first time is more expensive and usually up to 200 or more. But follow up cases, just curious to know, is there any level ( like how long the consultation time, etc) for the fee?

I saw the receipt, like Follow up B3 - RMXX, Follow up A3 - RMXXX
