Hi,may i know the height of the quartz top from bottom floor?

nowadays KC sudah naik harga, and those contractors margin is getting larger and larger.

Not to say apa la, previously margin very low. Now i guess its okay.

Is that aluminium material?

Hi, height from floor to quartz is 950mm if not mistaken..

i didn't measure, the measurement is from the paper written by contractor

I went to BMS showroom yty and found this geoluxe, now they have new range called marmo grande，quoted rm380 per ft for top and rm220 per sqft for backsplash.

I was quoted 30k for full nyatoh. Below is the quotation:

- kabinet bawah solid nyatoh+ steel body+ quartz stone + riser concrete with mossaic finishing 29 kaki =rm9850
- kabinet atas solid nyatoh full body =rm14840
-tall unit fridge+micro wave compartment+cabinet 6200

Is it okey? I got three quotation, 30k, 30k and another one 50k

Thinking of this kitchen cabinet from Chan Kitchen Furniture. Any opinions? Looks like very cheap and good quality too.

Got my new house at JB area. Found a kitchen design company to build my 10ft wet + 15ft dry kitchen. Fully aluminum, hinge and slider all using BLUM, Countertop is Kompacplus, quoted with roughly 32k. Is this amount consider okay or over quoted?

It is not possible to compare the price like this because there are way many configuration available.
You have to use your configurations and compare with other Vendors.

For example, I had seen a Aluminium cabinet package asking for RM14k (20'B, 15'W).
It can go up to 20k (or more) after adding the accessories, upgrade door materials, plumbing, quartz hole, additional end panels and etc.

Example 2:
My cabinet size is 23'Base, 10'Wall, 6'Island x 2, 4G with some end panels here and there, no tall unit, no blum.
* Vendor 1: 33k, free 6'x9' wardrobe x 2
* Vendor 2: 35k
* Vendor 3: 50k

Hi guys, I’m in a serious need for help. I’m currently doing a major renovation for my house. I’ll be re-doing all cabinetry in the house.

I’ve been dreaming of English style white kitchen for a while now. I’ll be using Silestone (Calacatta range) for my kitchen countertop. I’m at a lost with which company to go for Nyatoh kitchen cabinet - I’ve surveyed and visited Intech Kitchen, Unity Kitchen, Bali Kitchen & Wallmaster. My feedback -

1. Intech Kitchen - I had a good vibe with them, however, they do not provide any warranty. I felt uneasy as I saw cracks on one of the nyatoh kitchen cabinet door at their showroom. They couldn’t provide an explanation and insisted no warranty will be given.

2. Unity Kitchen - Pleasant experience, however, not much design available when it comes to nyatoh kitchen cabinets - they couldn’t deliver the design I wanted.

3. Bali Kitchen - Not bad, still considering. Would really appreciate some feedbacks from those who have gone with them.

4. Wallmaster - Negative experience.

5. House of Chesterfield - Negative experience.

Question 1: Can someone please recommend to me company that does good solid nyatoh cabinets ? Anyone have experience with Bali Kitchen ?

Question 2: I have been recommended by a contractor to used High Density Fibreboard (HDF) for wardrobe and other carpentry. According to him, it’s way better than MDF. Price is also higher. Any thoughts ?
