Hmm... how does the RELOADABLE Virtual VISA Card work ? I want to upgrade my Flickr account but i dont have a credit card. It supports VISA, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

RM24.95 for the card + 6.5% fee on the amount to load on to this card. Future reload 6.5% fee.
* Use as any other VISA card to pay online at any merchant that accepts VISA
* Merchants will not have access to your personal credit/debit card details
