I need help badly~

As mention above,

I'm buying product from oversea on behalf of my company, usually I'm using a company called CIEF, they are forwarding company with Tax Invoice billing service, they have services that they bill us Invoice with extra charges 2.5% from the total amount i purchase oversea..but they suddenly not replying my msg at all

Anyone know company that have similar service, or any other suggestion, cause if not unable to claim for what I've purchase, and my company want a proper invoice only.
