Hello,
No offence, but as far as I can remember, that area is used to be a tin mine then became sand mine. Then it was closed down. So, it means this lands are all reclaimed land now?

Not all is reclaim land, As I understand, the portion where was a mine, is made into Lake, the rest of the land that is not a mine will be build as township. so basically the township are build around the mine, that is why if u look into the land layout, it comprise of many lakes & also house. |

My friend also bought kita harmoni.
She pm me on 30th May, tanya pasal rumah area pjaya/upm serdang. I suggest few project -cybersouth by LBS and MCT, serenia city, gamuda cove, setia eco safiro, bangi dahlia by UEM.
Tak sangka rezeki dia pilih Kita Harmoni. 21 july dia update loan da approved.
