hi guys..i ve applied rhb easy loan yesterday at rhb kiosk tesco mutiara damansara.i x hold any cc or loan at all.so i applied using my payslip.in the system it shows approved.however that agent said she need to submit my doc to bank and one officer will verify with me later.is it possible my app will be rejected even in the system already approved?

im so pissed off...my loan with rhb easy still pending..ive call rhb easy center few times they said the status pending at kiosk ive applied.when i called the agent ,she said there is problem with the system.2 days already.how are they running their business if the system down for 2 days...no ppl coming to apply ka dat time..there is no officer from bank come settle the system at kiosk or what..i keep waiting for officer call n verify my detail to process the app..till now haram tak ada...urghh...
