 Personal Loan, which banks offer the best deal?

Hi,

I need PL around 15k.
Monthly salary RM 3+++
Commitmnet Car load: RM 305.
Reason is to fund for wedding. Please advise for lower interest. Intend to pay the PL back around 1-3 years.
