hello there. i have a question.

right now, i hd already apply for PL from BSN. the amoun is 70k. i'm planning to use the money for my wedding and also as my downpayment for car. so after some calculations,i got balance around 15k.my idea is to pay back BSN 15k to lower the installment.is it possible?
