Personal Loan, which banks offer the best deal?

hello all
my cc debt is more than 6k. please advice me on what to do. take personal loan tu settle all the debt since PL interest rate is less than CC? which bank offer the best interest rate? i can see some said that RHB offer the best one. i'm not a government worker i can afford to settle the PL in 2 years. |
