hi PL agent all..

last month I've receive 2 pre appove loan..35 k and 23k..     wonder how this bank check my $$$ details.
And the bank that offer 23k keep calling me for almost 2 weeks - asking me just bring letter to their branch with my IC.

Please advise why some banks like to offer pre approve loan while at same time, rejected those that want to apply.. conpius
