can tell me what letter they want from our company?? i desperately need cash now and die die i must at least get RM3k to survive until i get my salary next month. got any banker contact u can give to me? and how they look into our income? izzit base on SGD or base on after convert?

i dun mind if get if from ah long as long as they willing to lend me the money to survive until i get my salary next month, then all problem can be settle. I tried to call those ah long in SG, they dun loan money to foreigner, i guess my only choice now is ah long from Malaysia. any contacts can share?

do we have any banker here? i am planning to buy a RM100k studio house. I know i have bad payment record some where mid last year for my car and CC. Can any banker help me check if my name still can get loan for the house or not? i can get my aunty to join name with me if needed. Please PM me......

In JB area la, not in KL. I plan to buy la... if not i also won't ask this kind of question. Cause the property price is shooting up like rocket, i scare if i don't buy now, it is more difficult to buy later on.
