Which Banks other than Bank Rakyat/Bank Islam/Agro Bank that can offer a PL of about RM60K for 10 years?

Don't like the reqs of Bank Rakyat/BI/Agro that wants to do auto debit monthly from my salary.....

FYI, net income (clean) after minusing all expenses (houses, car), epf, socso etc about RM 6 K left.
